Keynote

Keynote: Grace delivers inspiring introductory talks on mindfulness and emotional intelligence that allow the audience to experience practices first hand as well as understanding the science and reasoning behind practicing mindfulness

Individual Mindfulness Coaching: Meet with Grace for 1-on-1 in person or online mindfulness coaching and guidance on how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life for creativity, focus, leadership and overall improved wellbeing.

8-week Family Mindfulness: Introductory mindfulness for family private sessions One hr per week for eight weeks. This course includes interactive mindfulness games and activities as well as practices for both children and parents.
