The power of this practice for me, is connecting to one's innermost vitality. This practice connects you to all of life and makes you feel the deepest sense of freedom from worries, stress, doubt and fear.
My yoga practice and teaching is a blend of the different lineages of which I have studied throughout the last twelve years; Sivananda Yoga, Para Yoga, Sri Vidya Tantra, Insight Meditation, Mindfulness, Bhakti Yoga and Yin Yoga. My classes incorporate an emphasis on breath, strengthening postures, mantras, with a focus on the subtle/energetic body.
